Tea Ceremony with Simplicity

Tea ceremonies have an ancient history and can be complex in their make-up but we don't think they need to be that way! The essence of the 'ceremony' in making tea for us is about connection - essentially enjoying being present with what you're doing and with this it can be as simple as using a finely crafted tea and allowing yourself a moment to regather, re-connect and breathe, either on your own or with others!
