The Love in a Cup Story, from the founder:

Following a budding interest in herbs and healthy living I went on to study a BSc Hons in Herbal Medicine, graduating in 2008, and beginning to blend teas for a local cafe in 2009 at the request of the owner who had tried and loved ones that I'd made up for her personally. In response to the great reception of this the site was born to make the teas available on a wider scale.

Tea making is an ancient art but one that is honoured here in practical modern day form! Whether you prefer loose-leaf or biodegradable silk pyramid teabags we believe it's possible to enjoy the simplicity of finely crafted teas, in a convenient way with no compromise on quality.

I'm passionate about really good quality herbs and creating blends that are delicious to drink as well as being nourishing, with all the blends being carefully designed by myself.

Wherever possible we source the materials in the UK - all our peppermint throughout the range is grown on a specialist farm in the foothills of the Hampshire Downs, who have worked to bring top quality peppermint growing back to England. We also source herbs from around the world, selecting the finest grade.
